REFUND POLICY
All purchases made through the Umiwell Platform, including but not limited to prescription medications, compounded therapies, diagnostic kits, and ancillary healthcare items, are considered final and non-refundable. Due to the individualized nature of our offerings and the clinical integrity required for safe pharmaceutical handling, Arch Healthcare, Inc maintains a strict no-refund policy.
Medications and compounded products are prepared specifically in response to a patient’s consultation and pursuant to a prescribing provider’s clinical determination. As such, once a medication has been ordered, it may not be returned or refunded under any circumstance, whether or not it has been dispensed or used. In accordance with applicable federal and state pharmacy regulations, no refunds will be issued for medications after fulfillment, regardless of whether the vial or container has been opened.
For home-based diagnostic kits and therapeutic devices provided through the Platform (“Home Kits”), all sales are final. These products are personalized, time-sensitive, and must be maintained under strict handling conditions to preserve clinical validity. Accordingly, they are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
If you have enrolled in a recurring subscription program for medication delivery or other healthcare services, recurring charges will be processed automatically on the same calendar day each month. You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the next billing cycle by submitting a cancellation request via email to info@umiwell.com. Your request must include your full name and date of birth and must be received before the next scheduled payment. Once a charge has been processed, it is considered final and is not eligible for refund or reversal.
For in-office visits or provider-administered medications, expiration dates are communicated to you at the time of service and are also indicated on the medication label. Most medications dispensed or administered on-site have expiration dates ranging from one to four months, depending on formulation and storage conditions. Medications may not be used beyond their expiration date and shall be disposed of in accordance with clinical guidelines. Unused or expired medications, vials, or product packages cannot be returned for credit or reimbursement under any condition.
